On February 9, 2025, Hong Wei Liao, philanthropist and Chairman of Botrich Family Wealth Heritage and Development Center, was invited to deliver a lecture for the 2025 CYFA Business Proposal Competition recruitment event.
As a long-time sponsor and supporter of the Canada Youth Funding Association (CYFA), Hong Wei Liao has been instrumental in empowering youth by providing mentorship, educational resources, and guidance. Under her leadership, CYFA has helped countless students gain admission to prestigious universities, profoundly shaping their future success.
Over the past decade since the establishment of the Canada Youth Funding Association (CYFA), Winnie Hong Wei Liao has made significant contributions both financially and through her dedicated efforts. In addition to delivering quarterly lectures on the CYFA platform—designed to inspire innovative thinking, business creativity, and self-expression—she also plays a pivotal role in recognizing and rewarding young talents at the annual charity gala.
